HVCC Appraisal Ordering, Inc. began on June 1, 2009 shortly after the inception of the home valuation code of conduct. The company was started as a partnership between Lance J. Siegel, President and Steven A. Smith, CEO. The Articles of incorporation were filed and endorsed by the State of California on February 12/2010 (State #3278967). HVCC Appraisal Ordering, Inc. is located in the city of Lake Forest, California.

The HVCC compliant platform used from the start was Alamode Mercury technology. Mercury, a web-based platform, ensures HVCC compliance for appraisal requests in all 50 states.

The company became AMC certified by the State of California on 3/29/10 (currently in good standing). Our AMC is certified in all states requiring certification and in good standing in all fifty states. Currently HVCC Appraisal Ordering, Inc. is pending certification in all additional states requiring AMC certification as they become required.
